Your 5-Minute Reset Ritual to Calm Cravings:

For perimenopausal women

Ever promise yourself you won’t raid the freezer tonight… and then suddenly you’re halfway through a pint of ice cream? I thought the answer was more willpower or stricter food rules. But the truth? What I actually needed wasn’t more rules. It was a ritual.

Get Your 5-Minute Reset: A Ritual to End Stress Snacking

One night, instead of reaching for a comfort snack after a rough day, I tried something different.

I gave myself 5 minutes of breath, body awareness, and grounding. And to my surprise, the urge to snack melted away. My body wasn’t asking for ice cream. It was asking to exhale, to pause, to connect.

That shift was the start of everything I now teach inside Holistic Yoga Therapy. That’s why I created this free guided ritual for you.

Hi! I'm Niya.

I get it. Years ago, I was exhausted, overextended, and constantly looking for little ways to soothe myself at the end of the day. The problem? My “soothing” almost always involved food. I’d tell myself it was just one handful of chips, but then I’d blink and realize I’d eaten half the bag. And with it came the guilt, bloat, and shame spiral.

I've coached perimenopausal and menopausal women for 5 years and guided them to feel confident in their skin—without fad diets, burnout workouts, or shame.

This ritual is the same one I use to end stress snacking for each Weigh Better Blueprint, so they break the stress-eating cycle in real time — so you end your day feeling calm, satisfied, and proud of yourself.

When you download your ritual, you'll get:

  • A somatic release that quiets stress and cravings (without food).

  • A simple breath + body awareness ritual you can do in bed, on the couch, or even standing in the kitchen.

  • A reframe: Cravings aren’t forever. You can ride each one like a wave.

It’s short. It’s doable. It’s not about tracking calories, following rules, or being “perfect.”
I know what it feels like to be stuck in the stress-snacking loop.
You don’t have to live there.

Now get your simple ritual and prove to yourself that food isn’t your only way to unwind or celebrate.

Then forward it to a friend who’s also sick of the snack cycle. You don’t have to do this alone.
