Hi! I'm Niya.

I built the Menopause Map because I was exhausted, frustrated, yet I refused to rest. I'd mastered the art of doing it all—crushing it at work, juggling a complex life, and mostly making it look effortless. But something felt deeply different.

Here's the brutal truth I learned: The same strategies that worked in my 30s were now setting me up for burnout, disconnection, and serious long-term health risks.

So I did what any high-achiever does—I got educated. I dove deep into yoga therapy training, studied nervous system regulation, poured over women's health research, and applied everything I learned to my own body first.  

Now, as an internationally certified yoga therapist and bestselling author, I've helped hundreds of women move from feeling defeated by menopause to feeling empowered by it. I've worked with leaders at Loblaw Companies Ltd and the University of Toronto. And I bring everything I've learned—from both research and lived experience—to this workshop.  Because you deserve more than generic advice.
